Offload — Terms of Use
Effective 10 October 2026
Offload is a voice-dump app made by Michael David Corvin Webb Ltd. These terms are short on purpose. For what happens to your data, see the privacy policy.
What Offload Pro is
Offload is free to use, with a monthly allowance of AI actions. Offload Pro is an optional paid subscription that raises that allowance to a daily one. It is sold in the iPhone and Android apps only, as a monthly or an annual plan, at the price your store shows you before you confirm.
Billing and renewal
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Prices are set by the store and can differ by country. If a price changes, the store will tell you and ask for your agreement where it requires it.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in your store account settings: on iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions. In the app, Settings → Your plan → Manage subscription takes you straight there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro keeps working until the period you have already paid for ends.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle payments, so refunds are decided by the store you bought from, not by us. Request one through Apple's "Report a Problem" page or through Google Play's order history. If something went wrong in the app itself, write to us and we will help.
Restoring Pro
If you reinstall or change phone, open Settings → Your plan → Restore purchases while signed in to the same store account. Because Offload has no account of its own, the store account is how Pro is found again.
Fair use
Pro has a daily allowance, not an unlimited one, because every AI action costs real money to run. Using Offload to attack, overload or get around the limits of the service, or to process content you have no right to, is not allowed, and we may block an install that does.
No guarantees
Offload sorts what you say into tasks and notes using AI, and AI gets things wrong. Check anything that matters. The service is provided as it is, we may change or stop features, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
